The challenge
Agriculture runs on data that almost never lives in one place.
Farmers, cooperatives, and government bodies each hold a piece of the picture (yields, inputs, field conditions, programs), but the pieces rarely connect. Decisions get made on stale numbers, losses go unnoticed until harvest, and there is no shared source of truth across the people who depend on the same land.
